What RVFitFinder is
RVFitFinder is a free information service that presents campsite data (including per-site maximum vehicle lengths) sourced from Recreation.gov's public RIDB API, together with our own editorial guides and an RVFit Score for private RV parks. We are an independent site and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for Recreation.gov, any US federal agency, or any campground or RV park.
Accuracy and reliance
We work hard to present the source data faithfully, but campground information changes and errors in the source or in our processing can occur. Site lengths, amenities, availability and prices shown here are for planning purposes only. Always confirm the details on Recreation.gov or directly with the campground before booking or travelling. You are responsible for measuring your own rig (including tow vehicle, hitch and any bike racks or cargo carriers) and for deciding whether a site is suitable. To the fullest extent permitted by law we accept no liability for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from reliance on the information on this site.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial trip planning. You may not scrape, bulk-download or republish our compiled dataset, RVFit Scores or guides without written permission; interfere with the site's operation; or use it for anything unlawful. Recreation.gov's underlying data remains subject to its own terms.
Intellectual property
The RVFitFinder name, logo, site design, guides and the compilation and presentation of data are owned by us. Linking to any page on the site is welcome. Short quotations with attribution and a link are fine; wholesale copying is not.
Advertising, donations and third-party links
The site displays ads served by Google AdSense and accepts voluntary donations through PayPal. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or of any third-party site we link to, including Recreation.gov, campground websites and social networks. See our privacy policy for how advertising affects your data.
Changes and contact
